Carrot Cake Smoothie
Show me a person who doesn’t want cake for breakfast and I’ll…eat their piece too! Though I’d love to tell you cake for breakfast is a great idea— it might be best served smoothie style. This Carrot Cake Smoothie is rich with energy boosting ingredients!

Carrot Cake Smoothie
You need:
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup chopped and peeled carrots
- 1 pitted date
- 2 tbl walnut pieces
- 1/2 tbl cashew butter
- 1/2 tbl maca powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 3 ice cubes
Get cooking:
- Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blitz until completely smooth! (If you don't have a high powered machine, soak your walnuts before blending so they puree smoothly.)
