Matcha Almond Milk Latte

You need:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2-1 date depending on desired sweetness
  • 1/2 tbl matcha powder 

Get cooking:

  1. Place almond milk in sauce pan and heat to nearly boiling. If your date is hard, add your date to soften it.
  2. Pour milk into blender. Sift matcha powder into milk and a 1/2 date.
  3. Blend for about 10 seconds until frothy.
