This easy cheesy recipe is the perfect alternative to traditional parmesan cheese!
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
You need:
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt (taste and add ¼ tsp more if needed)
Get cooking:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until the mixture turns into a fine topping which should take about 20 seconds.
Store in fridge for several weeks! I bet it won’t last that long.
